Data Deletion Policy

We respect your right to control your personal data. Here are the methods available to request deletion of your data from Transcribe.

Method 1: By Email

Send an email to transcribe@codecrafter.fr with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Method 2: In the Application

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm the deletion

Method 3: Automated Request

Click the button below to send a pre-filled deletion request email. We will process your request within 30 days.

Data Retention

Deleting your account removes its application records and private files. Items moved to trash follow the configured deletion delay; billing records may be retained where legally required. Provider uploads are deleted after transcription with an expiry safety net.
